hotel is very good, little bit demodelled, for example carpets instead of wooden floors that are more hygienic. They gave us a room without a view, in principle and when we asked for something better they changed us to a super suite with a view of the impressive imperial palace. breakfast on the 24th floor is very good and views are incredible. suite included, although we were not told at the beginning, car with driver for three hours each day and other free transfers.
place to eat downstairs is too exposed and you don't eat as well. breakfast on the 24th floor is very good, however, views are incredible. In the huge and expensive suite they gave us, we were told that the whole minibar was "complimentary" and at the last moment, we were leaving for the airport in a hurry, there was a pudding we had eaten and a whole story we paid for to make it all faster.

The service was top-notch, we had a delightful breakfast with a good western and also cocktails. The whole room was incredibly spacious and luxurious with closets and a garden view and bathrooms. Location: the hotel was next to subway and train and gardens in Chiyoda which is also a short walk from Ginzan.

The comfort of the Grand Premier King Room with Garden View is great, boasting a spacious layout and excellent amenities. The retro luxury feel enhances the overall atmosphere was nice, of course.
While the decor exudes a sense of character, a few elements felt dated, and the price point might be a consideration if one isn't infatuated with the opulent surroundings.
